Arts Council Launches “mARTi Gras: Let the Good Times ART!” Community Mask Project

The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council is excited to announce the launch of mARTi   Gras: Let the Good Times ART!, a free, region-wide creative initiative inviting children and families to celebrate Mardi Gras through hands-on artmaking.
