2018 First National Bank Bayou DeSiard Dragon Boat Festival
This is a family-friendly fundraising event to support the Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana. Spectator Admission is FREE. Canopies, tents and spectators line the banks of the bayou to enjoy a lively atmosphere with a family health fair, children’s activities, food and drinks, and exciting dragon boat races. This year, you can put together your own full or half team or buy a single seat to become part of a new team. Working together, teams of 21 race 40-foot boats accompanied by the beat of their team drummer. The three fastest teams take home medals and bragging rights.
