FREE Outdoor Live Music Event! Join us in Downtown West Monroe in Alley Park the last Friday of the month from March through October. Ouachita Live is a free downtown concert series. A food truck will be on-site and J-Maxx will be serving beer, wine and cocktails for our guests! A limited number of chairs will be provided, so bring a chair to be guaranteed a seat.
Live Music from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Join us early to shop and dine downtown!
MARCH's Artist: Doug Duffey and BADD
Duffey was inducted into the Louisiana Hall of Fame in 2001 and inducted into the National Blues Hall of Fame in 2009. With his Blues Hall of Fame induction he was also named as a "Louisiana Ambassador of the Blues". Born in Monroe in 1950, Duffey began singing and playing piano at an early age; he was composing and performing professionally by age 14. Doug has traveled the globe, playing in Europe regularly. We are proud to host him here in his own community where he will perform with his local band, BADD!
