FIRECRACKER 5K

Hey friends, we wanted to let you know about a local 5K happening this weekend in Monroe benefitting the Chennault Museum! Flying Tiger Brewery will be hosting the 1st Annual Firecracker 5k through historic downtown Monroe on Saturday July 3rd! This Fundraiser Fun Run will begin at 8am (bibs & shirts pickup begins at 7am) and will take you by several new local establishments as well as historic sites as you wind through downtown, beginning and ending at Flying Tiger. Although this is a Fun Run, it will be timed with chip bibs. The cost is only $25 and participants who sign up by midnight Tuesday June 29th will be guaranteed to receive their event t-shirt and finishing medal that day (after that you may have to return to Flying Tiger to pick up later). Kids 12 and under are free to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult (however, they will not receive the t-shirt, bib, and finishing medal without a paid registration). All proceeds will benefit the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum.
