North Louisiana Economic Partnership is teaming up with Didier Consultants to bring you a 3-hour seminar regarding the new Louisiana Amnesty Program along with an update on Louisiana’s incentive programs. This CPE eligible seminar will be held in Monroe on October 2nd and in Shreveport on October 3rd, both from 9:00 am - 12:00pm. These programs can save your company or your clients hundreds of dollars and reduce tax liability.
The Louisiana Amnesty Program, recently issued by the Regular Louisiana Legislative Session 2013 under House Bill No. 456, could save you all of the penalty and half of the interest on taxes due. Additionally, Louisiana offers tax incentive programs for new and existing companies that are expanding and creating job opportunities. The incentives are typically in the form of sales and use tax rebates, tax credits, and tax exemptions. Didier Consultants will discuss how to take advantage of the new Tax Amnesty Program from 9:00-10:00am and then cover the incentive programs from 10:00am-12:00pm.
This event will provide a detailed overview of state programs, including program rules and application processes for:
