Michael Hildebrand, an outpatient physical therapist from M3 Physio, will discuss ways to prevent injuries, pain relief and general wellness of the body. This seminar will be held at the Carver-McDonald Branch Library (2941 Renwick Street, Monroe) at 11 a.m. January 28.
