About Us
Louisiana National Bank was originally chartered as First National Bank in 1905 in Arcadia, Bienville Parish, Louisiana. We are proud of our 100-plus years of service to the people of our surrounding communities. Louisiana National Bank is also very proud to be locally owned and operated, which allows us to give personalized and prompt service to our customers.
The bank survived many generations, including good times, bad times, the Depression era, a near hold-up by Bonnie & Clyde, and lastly, the bank acquisition trend that swept across Louisiana and the nation.
Starting in 2000, the bank expanded its offices to include locations in Farmerville, Ruston (3), and West Monroe. In the fall of 2014, we broke ground on our banking office located at the corner of 18th Street and Hudson Lane in Monroe. Most recently, we have expanded into the Capital Region with the opening of our Baton Rouge facility on Corporate Boulevard. In conjunction with the expansion into Baton Rouge in 2021, the bank was renamed Louisiana National Bank. This name change further solidifies our commitment to our entire state.
