Join us for the 2023 Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival on Saturday, Oct 7 at beautiful Lazarre Park in West Monroe! The park overlooks the Ouachita River and offers plenty of space for the day’s activities. The fest will feature fabulous live music, Highland games, artisan and craft vendors, and food trucks.
