Lunch & Learn: Leadership Workshop with Melanie Massey

Melanie Massey Groves will be speaking about your unique set of talents or “strengths” and how to create a business where each person is energetically and enthusiastically working in his/her strength zone. Discovering how to consistently work in your “strengths zone” will increase your effectiveness as a leader and impact your results!  Learning to maximize your team’s strengths will help create a culture where people are productive and not just busy and more importantly, they are happy and engaged.  In addition, Melanie will provide training on how to coach the people you lead to improve their performance. Come acquire practical information from a strengths-based leader about how to help your employees identify what they do best!

About Melanie:
As a physical therapist and entrepreneur, Melanie has the privilege of owning and operating 5 outpatient therapy clinics across north Louisiana. She also has two other businesses, MoJoy Art Studio, used as a conduit for teaching self-awareness and confidence in an environment of creativity, and MoCo, a coaching, speaking, and training company which helps individuals and businesses develop culture, influence, and achieve their maximum potential by using their individual gifts.  Melanie has been developing her leadership for 30 years since her Poppa first gave her information on leadership and personal growth at the age of 11.  Melanie is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with The John Maxwell Team, and her mission statement, "Joyfully use your gifts to brighten the lives of others", sums up her life's calling.
