Opening Reception - Juried Exhibition: Roots and Reflecting
The Arts Council is thrilled to showcase the work of 31 Region 8 artists in a juried exhibition here at The Gallery at 118 Cotton Street in Downtown West Monroe from July 29th - September 5th.
The exhibition will feature works by the following: Behnaz Darabi, Brooke Cassady, Cainwyn Garner, Callie Parks, Christiane Drieling, Daija Essien, Doug Breckenridge, Drek Davis, Gaelin Craighead, Gray Risinger, Heather Gill, Inique Harris, James Cobb, Jansyn Jenkins, Keagan Vaughan, Kelsey Mardis, Lemon Burnside, Lindsay Carraway, Lindsay King, Lissy Compton, Markus Wobisch, Mary Springer, Mary-Evelyn King, Matthew Knopps, Melanie Douthit, Nova Honeycutt, Sara Howard, Shykeria Smith, Tedeadra Riley, Trey Gordan, Vicky Chelette
Opening reception is Thursday August 1st, 2024 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, in conjunction with the Sweet Sixteen Celebration of the Downtown Gallery Crawl.
