In honor of its 140th Birthday, the City of West Monroe will host a Birthday Bash Concert on Saturday, September 30 at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, headlined by Grammy-winning Cajun artist Wayne Toups. Other musical acts include Northeast Louisiana bands No Good Horses and Monty Russell and Friends. A fireworks display will serve as the event’s finale.
