Roses and Revolvers is an acoustic duet made up of husband and wife Jordan and Stacey Sheppard. Introduced in 2008, the two quickly realized that they both shared a passion for music and performing. They have been writing and performing together ever since and were wed in February of 2009. At any given Roses and Revolvers concert you're likely to hear a number of different influences from artists ranging from bluegrass and country to blues, pop, and rock n roll. Their variety is sure to please any crowd, but their harmonies are what set them apart. The two accent and compliment each others vocals, and you can see a true love not only for what they do, but also for each other when they're singing, as they share a microphone. Their intimate performances have gotten them shows in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee including opening slots for up and coming country bands such as Whiskey Myers and The Brothers Osborne as well as more well known acts like 3 Doors Down and Dwight Yoakum. They have both been nominated for the NELA Music Awards in many categories including male and female vocalist of the year.
