Choice Brands presents a sampling of fine spirits and whiskey on Friday, September 26 in celebration of the upcoming Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival! Enjoy spirits, live music, food trucks, a pie baking contest and downtown festivities—all while supporting the 2025 Celtic Fest. The tasting will be held in conjunction with Ouachita Live featuring Billy Allen + The Pollies band from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The group melds soul, funk, gospel and grunge into a rocking southern engine that defines a new chapter in the distinctive “Muscle Shoals Sound.” Their recent album, “Black Noise,” was produced by Jay Burgess of the Pollies and Ben Tanner, Single Lock Records founder and former Alabama Shakes Keyboardist. They have been touring the globe to critical acclaim, gaining scores of fans along the way. “Black Noise” can be heard on most all music streaming platforms.
