The tasting will be held in conjunction with Ouachita Live featuring Billy Allen + The Pollies band from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The group melds soul, funk, gospel and grunge into a rocking southern engine. They have played stages around the country, including opening for Jason Isbell. Their upcoming album, “Black Noise,” was produced by Jay Burgess of the Pollies and Ben Tanner, Single Lock Records founder and Alabama Shakes Keyboardist.
