August 30th Show:
The August 30 Ouachita Live show has an exciting change in lineup with family ties to the area; Timothy Wayne will now take the stage! This rising young country artist has been making national waves in the country scene this summer leading up to his junior year of college at LSU. Timothy spent his summer touring on ✨Tim McGraw's SOLD OUT Standing Room Only Tour with Carley Pearce.✨He released his first track, "God Made A Country Boy," on the UMG Nashville label, with a video appearing on CMT. 🔥🌟🔥
Hailing from Franklin, Tennessee, Timothy has a journey rooted in a home that nurtured his love for country music. He was signed to UMG Nashville in 2024 and is working on his first studio album. He has been influenced by country legends, from the traditional sounds of Waylon Jennings, George Strait, and Randy Travis to the contemporary flair of Dierks Bentley and his greatest inspiration, Tim McGraw.
Collaborating with Nashville talents like The Warren Brothers, Lance Miller, Jerrod Neiman, Marv Green, and Brice Long, he has worked to polish his songwriting skills, and embrace the nuances of storytelling. His songs, woven with authenticity and emotion, mirror his personal journey and the universal truths of life.
Ouachita Live is a concert series that happens the last Friday of the month from March through October in Downtown West Monroe’s Alley Park, 7-9 PM. Concerts are free but donations are strongly encouraged. Food trucks and spirits on-site. In the event of rain, a backup location will be announced on this page.
