As part of the mission to educate voters ahead of the election, the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana will host a Constitutional Amendment Webinar on Oct. 4 at 12:00 p.m.
Last week, PAR released the 2023 Guide to the Constitutional Amendments, a nonpartisan, educational review to help people understand the issues and the proposed changes on the ballots.
