Possibilites Tour in Downtown West Monroe
Calling all budding entrepreneurs, developers, and anyone interested in downtown -- if you've ever wondered about the possibility of your business locating in our Historic Downtown West Monroe, this is your chance to visit with preservationists, building officials, real estate agents, and commercial bankers about making that dream a reality. We’ll be showcasing several vacant properties and covering the benefits and incentives of being located downtown!
The self-guided Possibilities Tour will begin in Alley Park with an introduction and map. Professionals will be placed throughout downtown to answer questions and inspire with real-life success stories. This event will compliment the June Downtown Gallery Crawl as our downtown is a Louisiana Cultural District.
