Rescheduled to August: Business 101 - Small Business Academy: "So you want to start a business Downtown"

The Main Street Director for downtown West Monroe, Adrienne LaFrance-Wells, will cover the details of opening a business in downtown West Monroe for the upcoming Small Business Academy on Wednesday, August 4th at 8:30 a.m. at Kayla’s Kitchen. Light breakfast will be provided.
The informative session will highlight the following:

• The benefits of being located downtown
• An overview of the Louisiana Main Street program
• Incentives for historic building improvements
• Unique downtown zoning 
• Preserving the historic character of the Cotton Port Historic District

LaFrance-Wells hopes the session will encourage people to consider locating their businesses in downtown.
