The Trenton Street Levee Wall has the potential to be a beautiful landmark for our community.  The project we have proposed is to repaint the levee wall to represent some of the things that our community feels to be beautiful about our city.  We are calling this ?One Mile of Love?.  The mural will showcase imagery of Hope, Love, Community, Faith, Friendships, Leadership and many others all through the eyes of our future leaders, our children.  We are reaching out to children in our area to help us create the images for the mural.  
 
We are going to use the ends of the ?One Mile of Love? as book ends to Thank our Community for being involved and supportive.  One way that a business can be supportive is to ?Buy a Cloud?.   We are going to allow 50 businesses, organizations or individuals to ?Buy a Cloud? at the ends of the wall.  This means that you would be purchasing a 4-5 foot long cloud that varies in height from 10-14 inches.  The cloud you purchase will house each sponsor?s name.  We will not be painting logos or business images but instead will be painting all of the business names in similar fonts and sizes. 
 
I have included an image of what we will be doing for our sponsors as well as what the overall wall will look like when the project is complete.   All of the companies shown on the image are displayed for the explanation purpose and are not necessarily the businesses that will be sponsoring the project.
