Vintage Monroe - Antiques Appraisal Day

Everyone has treasures - find out what yours are worth! Bring your antiques and collectibles to the Masur Museum to be identified and valued by three area experts! Appraisals are $10 per item; max. 3 items. All proceeds will go to support public programs and exhibitions at the Masur Museum. It is FREE to watch the appraisals and view the exhibition, "Treasures of Art Nouveau" ( on view September 5 - November 23, 2019)! **Our experts will be offering verbal evaluations only - if you are interested in more formal appraisals and certifications we will have more information at the event** Accepted Items - check your cupboards and attics for these things! Fine art, small furniture (comfortably carried by one person), ceramics, glassware and lighting, vintage photographs, advertising, folk art, vintage toys, metalware, clocks, costume jewelry, musical instruments, books, and sports memorabilia. Excluded items - these items will NOT be appraised: large furniture, weapons (including swords & knives), traps, taxidermy, ivory, Nazi memorabilia, coins and paper money, fine jewelry/precious gems, and Beanie Babies.
