ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist

Positive Outcomes is an ABA clinic located in West Monroe in search of reliable, patient, resilient, dedicated, and flexible people to join our team! We are a drama-free, close-knit, and cooperative setting. We value those with great teamwork skills and a proactive attitude! There is no prior work experience needed; we provide extensive training for every new team member. We prefer a bachelor’s degree or some college and a minimum age requirement of 23. 
Must be willing to do a client observation period prior to official hiring and be eligible to be registered as an RLT (can pass a background check).
MUST HAVE OR WILLING TO GET COVID-19 2024 BOOSTER AND FLU VACCINATION due to having vulnerable clients.
NOTE: We do have a therapy animal in the office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:  4 and 8 hour shifts   Monday to Friday
Preferred but not required: Previous experience with Autism
Education: Associate (Required) prefer Bachelor’s or in school for Bachelors 
 
Experience: working with special needs children: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate: West Monroe, LA 71291: Relocate before starting work (Required)
