Job Details:
- We offer close mentorships throughout a lengthy training program tailored to each individual person.
- New hires are supported by a trainer, a mentor and a team lead.
- Each employee is a part of a team of not more than 5 people who are lead by a senior Lead who meets with each team member one-on-one regularly.
