Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Executive at Thomas Agency LLC. The Account Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting insurance policies, evaluating their needs, and providing personalized recommendations. The role involves daily interactions with clients to address questions, process policy changes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Experience in sales or account management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- In lieu of a degree experience is highly valued.
