Job Type: Full-Time

- Prepare and process invoices and financial documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform daily data entry and verify the accuracy of financial records
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: You take pride in accuracy and time management
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Effective Communicator: Able to convey information clearly and collaborate with others
- Self-Motivated and Reliable: Can work independently and in a team setting
- Experienced or Willing to Learn: Prior accounting experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
