• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner and obtain vehicle information
• Advise customers on routine maintenance needs and recommend corrective services
• Prepare accurate repair orders with detailed cost and labor estimates
• Explain repair needs, timelines, and charges clearly to customers
• Test-drive vehicles with customers or refer for road testing as needed
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatchers for scheduling and workflow
• Contact customers with updates on repair status and any changes in cost or time
• Close repair orders and ensure proper documentation and authorization
• Maintain a clean and professional work area and appearance
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Experienced: 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Professional and Personable: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized: Able to manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups efficiently
• Team Player: Works well with service technicians and support staff
• Quick Learner: Able to adapt to new technology, tools, and service procedures
• Customer-Focused: Committed to building lasting relationships with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
• Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others
