• Build strong relationships with clients to create lifelong customers
• Engage in consultative selling—listen actively to customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Stay up to date on vehicle features, packages, and technology to confidently present product knowledge
• Perform professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Handle customer objections and navigate sales situations with confidence
• Collaborate with Sales Managers on daily goals and performance metrics
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and bring your best every day
• Experienced: 3+ years of automotive experience
• Driven and Goal-Oriented: You thrive on reaching targets and exceeding expectations
• Flexible: Available to work Saturdays and adaptable to changing schedules
• A Fast Learner: Eager to master new products and technologies
• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Professional: Polished appearance and demeanor
• Safe and Reliable: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Self-motivated with an ambitious, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attitude
