- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently according to repair orders and dealership standards
- Diagnosing issues in vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and climate control
- Operate diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test and troubleshoot
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about additional needs and repair timelines
- Execute warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs are completed and systems are functioning properly
- Experienced and Certified: 2+ years of experience preferred; ASE certification required
- Mechanically Skilled: Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair abilities
- Safety-Focused and Steady-Handed: Dexterity and precision are key to your work
- Positive and Professional: You bring a great attitude and commitment to quality
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative, friendly, and willing to support others
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using electronic diagnostic equipment and basic computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technology and procedures
