Louisiana Federation of Business & Professional Women’s Club Set to Host 2025 Conference
The Louisiana Federation Business & Professional Women’s Club is scheduled to host its 2025 Annual State Conference at the Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe on June 6-7, 2025.
The theme is “Strong Women for a Stronger World.” This conference is an empowering event bringing together women from across Louisiana to connect, learn and grow as business professionals and leaders. The theme underscores the Federation’s commitment to fostering leadership, career development, and community engagement.
Women from New Orleans, St. Bernard Parish, Oakdale, Alexandria, Natchitoches, Monroe, and West Monroe are expected to attend, making this an invaluable opportunity for networking and professional growth.
State President Doretha Bennett, representing the Monroe West Monroe local organization, will preside over the conference.
The conference will feature a series of workshops designed to enhance professional skills and provide attendees with tools to advance their careers. In addition to educational sessions, LFBPWC will celebrate members' achievements, highlighting their impactful contributions within their local organizations and across the state.
Friday night’s festivities will include a high-energy performance by the RoeCity Line Dancers, adding a lively touch to the event.
LFBPWC is honored to welcome Kim Lowery, President & CEO of the United Way of Northeast Louisiana, as the keynote speaker. Lowery’s leadership and dedication to community service make her an inspiring voice for this gathering.
Additionally, the Federation will hold its election of officers for the 2025-2026 term, reinforcing its commitment to strong leadership for the future.
